Poptávali jsme s manželkou architektonickou studii rekonstrukce a přístavby chaty v zahrádkářské kolonii. S panem Kabelkou jsme si rozuměli už od první schůzky. Oceňujeme zejména spolehlivost, invenci, ochotu se přizpůsobit různým požadavkům a velmi praktický přístup. 

Máme zato, že ze spolupráce vzešla velmi dobrá architektonická studie, která si určitě zaslouží realizaci. Díky moc!

Invention and Practical Approach

My wife and I were looking for an architectural studio to reconstruct and extend our weekend house in the garden colony. From the very first meeting with Mr. Kabelka, we understood each other well. Kvalitní a rychlá komunikace

S panem Kabelkou jsme spolupracovali na projektu rekonstrukce rodinného domu. Komunikace byla vždy kvalitní a rychlá. Vždy nám dokázal buď nabídnout několik kompletních řešení na výběr pokud jsme neměli představu nebo vzít náš nápad a dát mu správný rámec a doplnit ho. Oceňovali jsme taktéž jeho široký přehled o možnostech, jak řešit konkrétní problémy spojené s rekonstrukcí.

Good communication

We collaborated with Mr. Kabelka on a house reconstruction project. Communication was always of high quality and prompt. He was always able to either offer several complete solutions for us to choose from if we didn't have a clear idea or use our concept and provide it with the right framework and enhancements. We also appreciated his broad knowledge of possibilities to address specific issues related to the reconstruction.

Skvělá spolupráce i komunikace

Skvělá spolupráce i komunikace. Návrhy pana architekta jsou vždy precizně promyšlené. Přání klienta respektuje, zároveň vždy rozvine a skvěle posune, funkčně i esteticky. Moc nám při rekonstrukci pomohl i přehledný seznam s tipy na konkrétní materiály či dodavatele našeho řešení. Krátké termíny, korektní a vždy vstřícné jednání. Svěření jakéhokoliv projektu do rukou pana architekta Kabelky velmi doporučuji.

Smysl pro detail

Oceňuji skvělý smysl pro detail pana architekta. Umí vysvětlit v čem jsou výhody jeho návrhů, ale zároveň je otevřený požadavkům klienta, ať už praktickým nebo estetickým. Jeden by to čekal jako samozřejmost, ale není to časté. Pokud vás oslovuje estetika realizací pana Kabelky, mohu ho jen doporučit.

Excellent cooperation and communication

The designs by Mr. Architect are always meticulously thought out. He respects the client's wishes while expanding and improving them functionally and aesthetically. During our renovation, a clear list of tips for specific materials and suppliers for our solution was very helpful. Short timelines, fair and always accommodating interactions. I highly recommend entrusting any project to Mr. Architect Kabelka.

Attention to detail

I appreciate Mr. Architect's excellent attention to detail. He can explain the advantages of his designs but is also open to the client's practical or aesthetic requirements. One might expect this as a given, but it is not common. If you are drawn to the aesthetics of Mr. Kabelka's work, I can only recommend him.

Účelnost především

Pana architekta Kabelku jsme oslovili s žádostí o návrh interiéru našeho nevelkého bytu ve Vídni.

Protože je nás v domácnosti hodně, důraz byl kladen především na úložné prostory a funkčnost. To se panu architektovi podařilo splnit. Na spolupráci s ním si ceníme především toho, jak trpělivě zapracovával všechny naše (četné) komentáře a přání. Bydlí se nám skvële!

Effectiveness above all

We approached Mr. Kabelka with a request to design the interior of our small apartment in Vienna.

Because many of us are in the household, the emphasis was mainly on storage space and functionality. The architect managed to fulfil that. In cooperation with him, we especially appreciate how patiently he incorporated all our (numerous) comments and wishes. We like to live here!

Katalog vs. dům na míru

Jako mnoho lidí, i my jsme se rozhodovali mezi tím, zda oslovit architekta, nebo zvolit katalogový rodinný dům. Dnes můžu s čistým srdcem říct, že zvítězil rozum a navázali jsme spolupráci s panem architektem Kabelkou. Od začátku do konce tu byl pro nás, pracoval s našimi nemalými požadavky a vkládal do nich svůj rukopis. 

Výsledkem byl domek přesně na míru, ve kterém je naše rodina šťastná! Ocenili jsme jeho práci nejen při práci na projektu, ale i při samotné stavbě, kde vše běželo přesně podle plánu a ve výsledku jsme právě díky tomu i ušetřili nemalé prostředky a nervy :)

Catalog vs. custom made house

Like many people, we were deciding whether to contact an architect or choose a catalogue house. Today, I can say with a pure heart that reason has won, and we have established cooperation with Mr. Kabelka. From the beginning to the end, he was here for us, working with our considerable requirements and inserting his manuscript into them.

The result was a tailor-made house in which our family is happy! We appreciated his work not only when working on the project but also during the construction itself, where everything ran exactly according to plan and as a result, we saved considerable resources and nerves :)

Konzultace rekonstrukce chaty

Poptali jsme službu architektonické konzultace kvůli plánované rekonstrukci/výstavbě kuchyně a koupelny v rekreačním objektu, který se chystáme koupit. Vše probíhalo hladce (rychlá domluva, spolehlivost). Na základě zaslaných podkladů posléze pan architekt na místě poskytl mnoho cenných rad a návrhů, jak rekonstrukci řešit. V případě potřeby se na něj rádi znovu obrátíme.

Consultations on cottage reconstruction

We have requested an architectural consultation service due to the planned renovation/construction of the kitchen and bathroom in the holiday home we will buy. Everything went smoothly (quick agreement, reliability). Based on the submitted documents, the architect subsequently provided valuable advice and suggestions on the spot on how to solve the reconstruction. If necessary, we will be happy to contact him again.

Příjemná spolupráce

Pana architekta jsme oslovili s přáním, aby nám navrhl rodinný dům. Jeho první návrhy splnily naše očekávání a mohli jsme vybírat hned z několika variant. Jednání bylo vždy příjemné, měl s námi trpělivost a dokázal vyslyšet naše požadavky, které jsme několikrát upravovali a měnili. I přes naši velkou vzdálenost jsme vždy vše dokázali hravě vyřešit prostřednictvím mailu či videohovoru. Architektonická studie i projekt pro stavební povolení byly pečlivě a přehledně zpracovány.

S panem Kabelkou máme velmi dobrou zkušenost a doporučujeme těm, kteří se nespokojí jen s katalogovým domem, ale chtějí něco originálnějšího a modernějšího.

Pleasant cooperation

We approached the architect with a wish to design a family house for us. His first designs met our expectations, and we could choose from several variations. The negotiations were always pleasant; he had patience with us and could listen to our requirements, which we modified and changed several times. Despite our great distance, we have always been able to solve everything via email or video call easily. The architectural study and the project for the building permit were carefully and clearly prepared.

We have had a very good experience with Mr Kabelka, and we recommend it to those who are not satisfied only with the catalogue house but want something more original and modern.

Velká spokojenost

V okamžiku, kdy jsme se rozhodli pro rekonstrukci chaty, jsme dlouho rozmýšleli, jak vše předělat tak, aby výsledek odpovídal modernímu bydlení, ale zároveň zohlednil naše „konzervativní“ zvyky. Nakonec jsme se rozhodli oslovit architekta.

Během prvního setkání jsme byli jasně a stručně informováni o rozsahu nabízených služeb a jejich cenách. Bylo jen na nás, jaké služby využijeme a kolik v konečné fázi zaplatíme.

Vzhledem k tomu, že jsme nemohli měnit půdorys domu, měli spoustu požadavků a jen omezený rozpočet, nebyla práce pana architekta jednoduchá. Dokázal však velmi dobře naslouchat našim přáním a pružně reagovat na připomínky.

Architektonická studie vznikla téměř v expresním termínu a dopadla pro nás naprosto překvapivě. Z malé a tmavé chaty se „vyloupl“ pěkný domeček plný světla.

Při výběru architekta jsme měli velké štěstí a rádi Ing. Kabelku doporučíme každému.

Great satisfaction

At the moment when we decided to reconstruct the cottage, we thought for a long time how to remodel everything so that the result corresponds to modern living, but at the same time took into account our "conservative" habits. In the end, we decided to contact an architect.

During the first meeting, we were clearly and concisely informed about the range of services offered and their prices. It was up to us what services we will use and how much we will pay in the final phase.

Due to the fact that we could not change the floor plan of the house, they had a lot of requirements and only a limited budget, the work of Mr. Architect was not easy. However, he was able to listen very well to our wishes and respond flexibly to comments.

The architectural study was created almost on an express date and turned out to be absolutely surprising for us. A nice house full of light "slipped out" of a small and dark cottage.

When choosing an architect, we were very lucky and happy with him. We recommend Mr. Kabelka to everyone.

Spolupráce od začátku probíhá dle našich představ.

Hned na začátku nám byla předložena velice přehledná cenová nabídka s přesně stanovenými podmínkami. Mohli jsme si vybrat, jaké služby využijeme a kolik za ně zaplatíme. Při návrhu studie byly respektovány naše požadavky na cenu a velikost domu. Vzhledem k velikosti a orientaci pozemku nebylo mnoho možných variant - návrh pana architekta nás přesvědčil, že jsme se při výběru projektanta pro náš nový domov rozhodli správně.

Termíny, které jsme si domluvili, se snažil vždy dodržet, i když jsme mu to někdy neulehčovali. Všechny naše požadavky po vzájemné konzultaci zapracoval do projektové dokumentace. Když byly naše představy nereálné, dokázal nám je smysluplně rozmluvit.

Při realizaci stavby byl vždy na telefonu připraven řešit nejasnosti přímo s řemeslníky na stavbě. Tento přístup nám realizaci stavby urychlil. Po dokončení hrubé stavby jsme se rozhodovali, jak budeme řešit dokončovací práce v návaznosti na interiéry. Vzhledem k tomu, že za téměř dvouletou dobu spolupráce nás pan architekt přesvědčil, že i přes jeho mladý věk, má dobré nápady a jeho styl se nám líbil, domluvili jsme se i na  projektu interiéru, který v současné době ladíme.

Jsem přesvědčen, že dobře připravený projekt ušetří při realizaci stavby mnoho problémů, starostí a hlavně peněz. Pana architekta Kabelku mohu jen doporučit.

The cooperation has been going according to our ideas from the beginning.

Right at the beginning, we were presented with a very clear price offer with precisely defined conditions. We could choose which services we will use and how much we will pay for them. When designing the study, our requirements for the price and size of the house were respected. Due to the size and orientation of the land, there were not many possible variations - the design of the architect convinced us that we decided correctly when choosing a designer for our new home.

He always tried to meet the deadlines we agreed upon, even though we sometimes didn't make it easier for him. After mutual consultation, he incorporated all our requirements into the project documentation. When our ideas were unrealistic, he was able to talk them meaningfully.

During the construction, he was always ready on the phone to resolve ambiguities directly with the craftsmen on the construction site. This approach accelerated the implementation of the construction for us. After the completion of the rough construction, we decided how we would handle the finishing work in relation to the interiors. Given that after almost two years of cooperation, the architect convinced us that despite his young age, he has good ideas and we liked his style, we also agreed on an interior project, which we are currently tuning.

I am convinced that a well-prepared project will save a lot of problems, worries and especially money in the implementation of the construction. I can only recommend the architect Kabelka.
