Zadání

Přáním klientů je rozšířit přízemí směrem do zahrady a její spojení s nově vytvořeným obytným prostorem kuchyně, jídelny a obývacího pokoje. Tato úprava umožní vytvoření dalšího pokoje v patře. Zvažujeme přesun koupelny v patře do prostoru nad vstup.

Koncept

Řešení spočívá v několika zásazích:
1) směrem do ulice nadstavba nad vstupní částí a rozšíření vikýře
2) směrem do zahrady rozšíření domu ve směru hřebene vyšší části stavby
3) vybudování terasy s pergolou spojující obytnou část se zahradou
4) zateplení existujícího domu

Směrem do ulice budou obě nové části (ad 1) materiálově odlišeny (např. titanzinkový plech se stojatou drážkou, antracitová barva), čímž se zvýrazní nové vrstvy architektury. Přístavba do zahrady bude naopak materiálově a tvarově stejná jako stávající dům.

Technické sítě (vytápění, zti, elektřina) budou aktualizovány tak aby vyhovovaly současným nárokům.

The Brief

The client wishes to extend the ground floor towards the garden and its connection with the newly created living space of the kitchen, dining room and living room. This modification allows the creation of another room on the first floor. 

The concept
1) towards the street, an extension above the entrance part and an extension of the dormer
2) towards the garden, the extension of the house in the direction of the ridge of the higher part of the building
3) creation of a terrace with a pergola connecting the living area with the garden
4) insulation of an existing house

Towards the street, both new parts (ad 1) will be materially differentiated (e.g. titanium zinc sheet with standing groove, anthracite colour), highlighting the new architecture layers. The extension to the garden, on the other hand, will have the same material and shape as the existing house.

Technical networks (heating, air conditioning, electricity) will be updated to meet current requirements.
